The St. Laurent grapes were harvested on September 18th, 2019 in Gols, Burgenland. After 11 days of fermentation on the skins, two thirds of the wine was aged in barrels and one third in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfiltered in September 2020.


Subtle Burgundian aromas with sour cherries currants. On the palate, the wine shows lively acidity, fine fruit and spice, accompanied by minerally notes on the finish. A wine with very good aging potential.


This St. Laurent shows its aromas best slightly chilled, and aerated in a burgundy decanter. Alcohol: 11.0%, acidity: 5.4 g/l, residual sugar: 1.6 g/l 710 bottles were filled.
