These organically farmed St. Laurent grapes were harvested on October 5, 2020 in Tattendorf. After 14 days of fermentation on the skins, this wine was aged 75% in barrels and 25% in stainless steel tanks and bottled in September 2022 without fining or filtration.


The aroma of the St. Laurent shows a fine cherry and berry scent and some nougat. The wine is distinctly fruity on the palate, with fine tannins, well-integrated acidity and a very long finish.


The ideal drinking temperature is 16 degrees. Alcohol: 13%, acidity: 4.9 g/l, residual sugar: 1.0 g/l 760 bottles produced.
