The organically farmed St. Laurent grapes were harvested on October 2, 2020 in Tattendorf, Lower Austria. After 12 days of fermentation on the skins, this wine was aged two-thirds in barrels and one-third in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfined and unfiltered in September 2021.
